Psilohuasca

Step into your inner world and go on an incredible journey

Anchor 2

At MindTravellers we offer day-ceremonies in which you can experience the power of psychedelics under the guidance of experienced professionals

● A plant medicine that opens a gate to growth, transformation and new vistas

Psilohuasca is the collective name of our most commonly used plant medicine. This is a combination of an MAO inhibitor and Magic Truffles. Combining psilocybin (found in truffles) with an MAOI can result in an experience similar to that of ayahuasca, a traditional indigenous drink used for spiritual and healing purposes.

Psilohuasca is often seen as an alternative to ayahuasca because it has the potential to produce similar effects without the need to ingest the herbal ingredients used in ayahuasca. It opens the door to insights that are not, or not easily, accessible in our daily lives.

● Psilohuasca brings about a changed and sharpened consciousness, as if you enter another world.

An Psilohuasca experience is a journey through unknown landscapes within yourself, from which you return in amazement. With a backpack full of new insights and perspectives. You make deep contact with your subconscious and can reflect on yourself in an intense way. You often experience that you are part of a much larger whole and can be overwhelmed by love.

Certain things that used to seem complicated can suddenly become surprisingly simple. In this way you are able to let go of unhelpful patterns. Plant medicines such as Psilohuasca ask us to connect to all parts of ourselves. Including those part of us that hurt or that we would rather avoid. We are given the opportunity to connect with these parts, from a different perspective, without shame or guilt. The are part of us, to tell us a valuable lesson. By a psychedelic journey, sometimes we are given the opportunity to acknowledge, learn from, and release the suffering attached to them.

This process of self-discovery is not easily comparable to any other way of communication with yourself.

Research has shown that Psilohuasca creates new connections between brain regions. This way you can look at your challenges from a different perspective.

● Psilohuasca; the difference with ayahuasca is small

Your thoughts and feelings take on a different meaning when taking magic truffles or psilohuasca. The truffles are consumed ceremonially and have a strong cleansing, visionary and healing effect.

Psilohuasca can also be confronting, as your Inner Healing Intelligence shows you mirrors of your soul, which may mean you need to change something in order to grow. It also happens that you may experience very intensely where blockages in your current life come from. And what you (un)consciously maintain yourself.

● More about Psilohuasca

Psilohuasca and Ayahuasca activate similar receptors in your brain, so that the effect is close to each other and therefore also the experience. This has to do with the small difference in the receptor profile of the psychoactive substance.

Plant ceremonies are not for everyone. Before you participate in a ceremony you always have to fill in an intake form.
If one or more of the contraindications below apply to you, it is better not to participate. It is dangerous to combine these substances with psilohuasca.

For whom?

If you are open to new insights and lessons about you and your values. MindTravellers vision, is to combine traditional knowledge with modern research. We like to help you find your inner healing intelligence, your inner guide.

You can gain important insights into the challenges of your unique life and investigate them yourself with your inner guide. For your Own Wisdom is often the purest source of your truth.

There are countless problems and questions for which our plant ceremonies can contribute to a new perspective. For example: Burn-out, Depression, Stress, Sadness, Loneliness, Negative self-image and more.

Plant ceremonies can also be helpful for people who somehow continue to be confronted with repetitive (negative) patterns, to get unstuck.

● Ceremony Information

We start together at 12:00 at Nijverheidsweg 7 in Culemborg. Then, we begin with the briefing, where we explain what you can expect and how the ceremony unfolds. Here, all your questions can be answered as well. This takes about three-quarters to an hour.

Afterwards, we commence with the ceremony, which lasts between 5 and 8 hours. You will be well-guided throughout, and you can rest assured that you are in good hands. We will take good care of you so that you can fully focus on your first inner journey.

Following the inner journey, each at their own pace, you will receive a healthy soup and a light (vegetarian) meal. Experience has shown that people are often tired and want to go to bed early. Sleeping arrangements have also been prepared for you; you will be fully taken care of!

The next morning, we'll have breakfast around 8:00 and start the sharing at 9:00. This gives you the opportunity to share with the group members whatever you'd like about your experience. Afterward, we'll take a beautiful quiet walk along the River Lek. For those interested, we can take a 'Wim Hof dive' or simply gaze at the clouds or be in silence with nature.

After a light lunch with fruit, soup, and sandwiches, we'll begin a sound healing session. If it's raining or if the group prefers, instead of walking, we can also create a cloth (all materials are ready for you) where you can express your experience without words. You can show and explain this to the rest of the group as much as you'd like. This provides enough time for and with each other to gently land again. These are also very special moments of this beautiful gathering. We'll conclude together after a sandwich lunch, so you can leave around 11:30.

● What can you expect?

In fact, it is impossible to describe the effects of Psilohuasca in words. It is a journey through an unknown landscape from which you return in amazement, with a backpack filled with new insights and ideas. People often say afterwards that it was as if they could speak to themselves from a deep well of inner wisdom.

This, often intense, process can be confronting. Suppressed parts of ourselves or emotions can surface. It is only by facing, taking ownership, and reclaiming those unintegrated parts of the self that have manifested as fear, negative patterns, and disease, that we may get to the root cause of our suffering and truly heal. We provide professional, loving and above all safe guidance during your trip.

If you decide to enter this new world, a novel and in many ways enriching journey awaits you. Just as the Native Americans trusted nature, you can trust the process and your own inner healer.

● Psilohuasca- a combination of Magic Truffles and a plant containing an MAO inhibitor

Psilohuasca is a combination of the magic truffle, with the MAOI of Ayahuasca, the liana Banisteropsis Caapi. The truffles contain psilocybin, a substance that is not addictive and is converted into psilocin in the body. Psilocin affects key nodes in the brain and alters control over our thinking. It resembles serotonin, a substance that occurs naturally in our body.

Psilocybin frees unconscious knowledge and makes it available, allowing you to get in touch with emotions, life lessons, future and past.

By using an MAO inhibitor, the effect will last longer and may go deeper.

Meditating in Nature_edited.jpg

Beneath the social mask we wear every day, we have a hidden shadow side: an impulsive, wounded, sad, or isolated part that we generally try to ignore. The Shadow can be a source of emotional richness and vitality, and acknowledging it can be a pathway to healing and an authentic life. – C. Zweig & S. Wolf
